Our freshies typically last 6-8 weeks, depending on the scent, and airflow of the room/car it is in. If you can't smell the scent, put the freshie back in the original bag for a couple days and use again.

Yes! you can wash them by hand with some soap and cool water.

Freshies are made to withstand warm temperatures as long as it isn't 110+ degrees for multiple days as they can soften. Keep them from resting directly on vehicle surfaces.

Since each item is handmade, please allow 3-7 business days, for processing before your order ships. Custom orders may take a little longer; Backordered items may take 7-14 business days.

Because each item is handmade and many are customized, I do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or there's an issue with it, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery so I can make it right.

First go to the "custom freshie" tab, choose any mold don't pay attention to the color of it as you can customize it later. Once you choose the mold an option will pop up to choose the color and scent of the freshie. More add-ons will be available as well such as glitter and fringe.

Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive withing 2-5 business days, depending on your location.

Yes! We ship throughout the United States.

We do offer both local delivery and pickup, although for delivery you must be within 30 minutes of Mondovi, Wisconsin or it will be declined.

Hang your freshie from your rearview mirror or even indoors like a room. Avoid placing it directly against dashboards or other surfaces for extended periods as the oil can transfer and stain.

Freshies are intended for decorative fragrance use only. Keep them out of reach of children and pets, and do not allow them to be chewed or ingested.

Yes! We do offer custom photos on our circle mold freshies. Email us any picture of your choosing along with your name and we will get it done for you!
